Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and OKAIOK PTE. LTD. for the TradingAgents × Jev extension, this website and the related service. By using the service you accept them.
What the service is
The service produces AI research on five macro assets (SPY, TLT, GLD, EUR/USD and BTC/USD) for education and research, and offers a practice sandbox. Features are available only in regions and editions where they have been released.
Research, not advice
Research output is general information, not personalised investment, legal or tax advice. A research score is not a probability of profit. Past or simulated results do not indicate future performance. Every decision is yours.
Virtual sandbox
The sandbox uses virtual money only. It never connects to a brokerage account, never places real orders and cannot win or lose real money. Its execution modes, spending limits and emergency stop are simulations.
Data and model limits
Market data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and models can make mistakes. Thesis alerts are based on closed bars, depend on data being available and are delivered while the side panel is open. An alert can be missed or late, so do not rely on the service as your only risk control.
Your account
Keep your sign-in secure. You can sign out or delete your account at any time; the Privacy Policy explains what deletion removes.
Acceptable use
Do not try to break the service’s security, overload it, scrape it or resell its output, and do not use it in a way that breaks the law or the terms of licensed data.
Paid plans
Paid plans are not offered yet. Before they are, the price, renewal, cancellation and refund rules will be shown before you pay.
Third parties
TradingView is a trademark of its owner. The extension works alongside TradingView pages and is not affiliated with or endorsed by TradingView. Licensed market data remains subject to its vendors’ terms.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or end features, and the service may be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is.
Suspension and ending
We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
Changes to these terms
How we announce material changes before they take effect: Website announcement and email notification 30 days prior.
